Fighting for the rights of people who are chronically ill and have disabilities.
We represent people who are denied health care coverage benefits. Most of our people are chronically ill or disabled. Their physical and mental needs prevent them from working and therefore prevent them from earning a paycheck. Our clients have participated in government and employee benefit programs designed to provide people with insurance. Far too many people are routinely denied healthcare and disability benefits.
