Neuro-Rehab Management, Inc. is an agency that provides case management services to individuals with neurologic impairment, cognitive disability, and dual diagnoses. We provide supported living services contracted by the Statewide Head Injury Program. We provide medical and vocational case management services for injured workers; comprehensive assessment of needs; file reviews with recommendations; resource development; case management, cognitive assistance in the home and life skills support in the home.
Medicaid does not reimburse for NRM services. Medicare does not fund for NRM services.
