Narrative

TILL provides services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorders, with and without intellectual disabilities, and their families, across the life span. TILL's services provide much needed supports and promote opportunity, inclusion and empowerment. Our experienced staff is ready to help you determine which supports will be beneficial for you and your entire family.

We offer an extensive and comprehensive range of residential, clinical, family support services and day and vocational programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals and their families of all ages with disabilities throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

Strattus, TILL's Mental Health Services: High quality, professional behavioral health care that is accessible and mobile - now available through Telehealth.

At Strattus, we provide a comprehensive range of services, from assessment, counseling and consultation. Our unique outreach makes counseling truly accessible, in your home, school, work or day setting.

Therapists are available to meet with clients on an outreach basis at home, school or other settings, by Telehealth services, and in our licensed clinic in Dedham. Our clinical team is experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with and without specialized needs.

Our Clinical Competency and Guardianship Evaluation Team offers the necessary resources and support to guide families through this process.

Behavioral Supports:

TILL provides behavioral support and training for families through two distinct services: IHBS, In-Home Behavioral Services, and ABA, Applied Behavioral Analysis.  Our experienced providers can help you decide which programs will be beneficial for you.

In-Home Behavior Services (IHBS) empowers families with training and support to manage behavior challenges while teaching their children self-control, coping strategies and interpersonal skills.  In-Home Behavior Services (IHBS) is funded by Mass Health, under the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI).  For more information, or to apply online, visit https://www.tillinc.org/services/behavioral-supports/in-home-behavior-services or email [email protected] 

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children and adolescents up to 21 years, with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.  Therapists and Instructors work with the entire family to integrate ABA techniques into everyday life.  ABA Services are covered by many insurance providers, including Mass Health, with specific documentation requirements.
