Narrative

At CLASS, tomorrow's workers are learning and using new skills, preparing to embark on their paths to employment.  With help from side-by-side job coaches and daily supports, individuals fill out a survey and research what they'd like to do, examine the possibilities, explore careers and try their hand at various jobs, such as assembly work, mailings, grocery bagging and stocking shelves, and janitorial and maintenance jobs at customer sites.  With their job development plans tailored to their needs, people with disabilities discover what's possible and become ready to choose jobs that interest and suit them.
