Narrative
Provides both 24 hour staffed apartment & residential support and meaningful day services (including medical, social & emotional, employment services, & ADL) to adults who are diagnosed with intellectual disability. Provide day supports services, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, for adults with intellectual disabilities. Individualized supports. Also recreation, social supports to adults living at home.
