Individual Support provides case management to Individuals that are gaining daily living skills to promote independence.

Kennedy-Donovan Center offers customized assistance to people in their home and community life based upon the individual’s specific needs. Types of assistance includes transportation to doctor’s appointments and social outings, to help with meal preparation, activities of daily living, and bill paying.

Our Supported Living services are personalized for each adult to promote growth through skill-building, and to build and sustain their connections within the community. KDC creates individual support plans to address specific needs and to minimize individual risks.
