Narrative

The Community Living Program supports members of our community who have developmental disabilities to lead more meaningful lives by having valued social roles. Community Living Supports  enables people the freedom to choose their own customized support plan and provides up to 24 hours of assistance per day depending on one's required level of support.  We do this by assisting people to live in their own homes with people they choose, in the community of their choice, and by  working with people to design their support schedule and what that looks like for each individual person.
