Narrative

The AFC program offers a monthly stipend payment to those caring for a friend or loved one in their home, who is over the age of 16 and elderly, physically or mentally disabled. Healthier You Wellness Parners is licensed by the state to administer the program and the program greatly benefits the community. Payments are tax free and do not effect unemployment or any state benefits being received.
