Narrative

We are a private duty home care agency jointly owned by the VNA Care Network and Fallon Community Health Plan. Our staff are professional and well trained to provide services to anyone who needs assistance to stay safely in their home, wherever home may be. Our aides are specially trained to deal with people dealing with chronic illness, recent surgery as well as people who are nearing the end of their life requiring hospice care. We have been in business for thirty five years.
