Narrative
Provides mental & physical stimulation for elderly or disabled people to enhance quality of life. Support programs for family members. Transportation available to Worcester & surrounding towns. An alternative to Nursing Home care. Referrals accepted by MDs, family, friends etc. Consultation & referral for long term care services. Waiting list varies depending on availability.
Our Adult Day Health Program provides a safe, supportive environment for frail or functionally impaired older adults who may otherwise not be able to be left safely at home alone. Additionally, we provide support, respite and education to caregivers (including education on Alzheimer’s care and/or related dementia). The program is designed to promote and enhance the social, physical and cognitive skills of participants.
