Effective October 1, 2024

Lawrence General Hospital completed its acquisition of Holy Family Hospitals in Methuen and Haverhill, the critical next step in building a true regional health care system in the Merrimack Valley.

The combination of our devoted teams who live in and serve our region puts quality and safety at the forefront of everything we do and is guided by the principle of equitably caring for our community. We are grateful to the many stakeholders who have helped in this acquisition process, including the Commonwealth, our federal and state legislative delegations, and local officials.
