Narrative

Program provides inpatient medical & rehabilitation services for short-term orthopedic, post-surgical, respiratory, general medical and neurologic patients. Serves individuals who have decreased awareness as a result of anoxia or traumatic head injury. Clients must be referred by a physician, insurance company, family member, or other responsible agency. Contact agency for fee & accessibility information. If they don't have languages on site, they are able to provide all languages through an interpreter.
