The goal of Work Inc.’s Agency With Choice Service Model is to support and facilitate a families decision to self-direct services for their family member. Self-directed services mean that your family member has been given a specific amount of funding by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and that you, the family, decides that type of services your family member needs and who will provide those services.
