Narrative
The Agency With Choice (AWC) Program is intended for adults with developmental disabilities who have the highest level of need. Beginning with an assessment of daily needs, Fidelity House staff assists with the development of goals and objectives designed to keep an individual in his or her home. Fidelity House provides in-home services such as behavioral consultation, skills instruction, day programming, and respite care. Families select and schedule in-home service providers and partner with Fidelity House on planning, training, and supervision. Fidelity House Human Services has a track record of success with the AWC approach.
