Narrative

An Aging Service Access Point (ASAP). Services include information and referral, home care services, home delivered meals,Senior Care Options program, Protective Service programs, Money Management, Options Counselor, Personal Care Management and case management. 

The Adult Family Care Program provides supportive services in a private home to elders with complex medical and/or cognitive needs. Enhanced Adult Family Care is a community option for elderly or disabled adults.
