An Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA). Serves Barnstable, Nantucket and Dukes Counties with the exception of the Village of Gosnold. Has Mature Workers Program, Senior Service Corps and Volunteer Resource Center.  Aging and Disability Resource Collaborative with Cape Organization for the Rights of the Disabled.  Partner in Healthy Living Cape Cod, evidence based training for elders.
