Narrative

An Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA). This agency offers I&R, Home Care, Respite Care, Adult Foster Care, Congregate housing, Supportive housing, and Elder housing. Programs include Options Counseling, Family Caregiver Support, Money Management, Healthy Living programs, Elder Mental Health services and Nursing Home Ombudsman. The agency is also a Personal Care Attendant Management Agency. Many programs provided to individuals under 60 living with disability.
