An Aging Service Access Point (ASAP) and Area Agency on Aging (AAA). To provide services and programs to assist elders 60+ and their caregivers in maintaining health and independence. We offer information services, home care, Meals on Wheels, money management, crisis intervention, case management, nursing home advocacy, and family caregiver respite. Home care services have age, need, income eligibility criteria. *Transportation program discontinued*
