Mental health is an important part of your total health and wellness. At Mattapan Community Health Center we implement a case management approach. We help you get the care that you need.

At MCHC patients benefit from having a highly qualified Behavioral Health Services team on site working side-by-side with primary care providers. We set up a supportive services including:

• domestic violence safetyplanning
• referrals to community resources 
• teaching programs

With our Behavioral Health Services team you can expect outpatient behavioral health care that is patient-centered and evidence-based.
