Narrative

The CBDS program provides individuals with opportunities to work, prepare for employment and enjoy a wide variety of activities as well. These encourage individuals to explore their interests, discover the gifts they have been given and to share their abilities with the communities in which they work and live.

The program promotes the Massachusetts "Employment First" initiative and has programs and trainings available to enrich the lives of individuals including:

• Culinary Arts Lunch Program
• Amego Inc Central Supply Program 
• Farmer's Markets selling bakery products made at the program
• Access to skill building curriculums such as Job Smart, Transitions, Be Cool (Anti-bullying)
• CIRCLES (Social Skill Building), TRANSITIONS (Personal, life and career skills), Safety Smart, Nutrition & Health & Social Media
• Summer Kids Café
• Food and Friends Bakery Services 
• YMCA Team Membership
• Audubon Society and Community Garden
• Meals on Wheels
• Hebron Food food pantry.
