Narrative

Information specialists housed in offices throughout the state are linked to their own comprehensive database and are available to assist and direct families to local services. Statewide Hotline: 211.

The Family Center, an initiative of Community Connections of Brockton (CCB), is supported through funding from the Department of Children and Families (DCF), by the United Way of Greater Plymouth County and in partnership with Brockton’s Promise.
We value the families that make up our community. The basis of our mission is to help you find the solutions you need to strengthen your family. We work to connect you to neighborhood-based resources and networks of support that will help foster strength within your family. We can achieve this by promoting parental resilience, offering education on parenting and child development, establishing social connections, and providing solid support in times of need. In doing so, we are striving to prevent child abuse and neglect while promoting the healthy growth of our community.
