Narrative

For people with developmental disabilities, this programs offer longer-term support to find and keep jobs. Adults with disabilities participate in day programs. 

The Employment Supports Program assists people in achieving their own employment goals. For those in need of on-the-job training, this program offers a paid training experience.It mirrors competitive employment expectations.

Job development and job placement activities are provided to ensure positive employment outcomes. Once a job is secured, follow-up support including retention counseling, transportation assistance. Job coaching is provided as needed.
