The Forsberg Independent Living program provides support services for adults with developmental disabilities living in Worcester County; it is a closed referral process through DDS. Supports provided include but are not limited to: ISP planning and implementation, Money management (Rep Payee Supports available)/ Benefits Management, Activities of Daily Living, Relationship Building, Health and Wellness, Transportation, Medical, and accessing community supports.
