Narrative
Assist low income households with their heating needs from 11/1 through 4/30. Eligibility based on family size and income regardless of how income is received (i.e. Wages, SSI, Social Security, etc.). Insure all eligible clients receive low income rates for gas, electric and phone bills. Eligible clients can apply for cell phones thru Safe Link. Weatherization Program and Heating System repair and/or replacement available for eligible households. Also have Lifeline Emergency Programs and Senior Energy Assistance Program for clients over 60 years of age. Information and referrals for other PACE programs and Utility payment plans and clients protection plans to avoid shut offs.
