Narrative

Provide free civil legal services for eligible low income people in 32 cities and towns. Has an Asian Outreach Program for persons who speak Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Toisanese. Also accept referrals from hospitals, social agencies, elderly service providers, DPW, nursing homes, elderly commissions. Accept donations. Can provide translators as needed.
