Narrative
Individual Supports are flexible services which increase or decrease as the needs of the person change. The goal of service delivery is to assist persons with supports to live as independently as possible in the community. Individual supports may include, but are not limited to, medical management, housing and subsidy assistance, advocacy and household management. Referrals for Individual Supports are made through the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS). People referred must be tied to either the Charles River West or Central Middlesex DDS offices.
