Narrative

Goal is to transition clients from institutions, hospitals, or other inappropriate placements to normalized living settings which are home and community based. Helps clients transform negative behaviors and develop coping skills through living in a structurally sound arrangement with intensive intervention & relationships. DDS Funded.  In our Therapeutic Foster Care program, we match children, adolescents, and teens with dedicated foster parents who we call Mentors.  With the help of our expert staff, Mentors provide individualized treatment and support to help children with complex challenges lead healthy, stable lives in the communities they call home.
