Narrative
The goal of AEI’s Employment Program is the successful placement of individuals in employment of choice in the community. By working closely with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) AEI supports job seekers in finding employment that meets their aspirations and allows them to become valuable assets to the companies they work for.
The purpose of Job Development is to provide assistance to individuals to locate and maintain integrated competitive employment in the modern workplace.
