Offers books, DVDs, CDs, fax service, computer services and classes, homebound delivery, adult and children's programs, information and referral to local services and more.

 

Home Delivery is available at this time. This service is only offered to Manchester Public Library patrons with valid library cards and a Manchester-by-the-Sea address. Home Delivery services will be given to patrons who have limited means of safely obtaining physical materials from the Library.
