Narrative
Community Healthlink provides residential services to people who have a severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, & intellectual disability. CHL offers a variety of residential programs based on the need of the individuals referred. The range of services are from structured 2-4 staffed group residential homes to supported housing to independent living.
