Narrative

Shared Living provides individuals with the opportunity to become part of a family and a community. Shared living providers are carefully selected and trained to meet the needs and wishes of the individuals. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation includes monthly visits by the shared living case manager, access to the behavioral clinician, access to the residential nurse and crisis and safety management.
