Narrative

CRC is pleased to continue to offer community-based outpatient rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, case management, and community support work services, during this challenging time.

Our experienced team continues to serve our consumers via telehealth, and are *offering in clinic services on a case by case basis. We know that every day counts following an acute neurological injury, and we are here to help maintain continuity of care, reduce risk of decline, and manage ongoing therapy and case management needs.
