Narrative

This specialized home care program provides family based living and training situations for men and women with developmental disabilities. In family environments, individuals are enabled to acquire not only daily living skills, but also social skills, leading to greater independence. The premise of the program is that in warm, nurturing family environments more flexibility is allowed to accommodate individual learning styles and greater community integration.

Effective July 1, Bay Cove Human Services and Growthways, Inc. will be collaborating in an effort to improve and expand long term support services to men and women in the greater Brockton area. <br
Both Growthways and Bay Cove have been offering high quality programs for decades, and by joining together, we will be in an even stronger position to provide the best possible services to the people who need them, now and in the years ahead.</br
