Narrative

Home-ownership, alternative means of housing and long-term care for disabled individuals. Fee: no sliding scale. Provides an evaluation of the housing needs of the applicant in order to develop an appropriate housing model. Counseling services provided to persons who are receiving housing services from SHI only - not to the general public. Serves people with Asperger's Syndrome as well as other developmental disabilities. Specialized Housing provides development services, permitting and legal work, construction supervision, and residential management, including clinical care, financial and physical plant oversight.
