Narrative
Our vocational supports range from job development to job coaching and the operation of unique, thriving retail gift shops and cafés, operated by trainees under the expert guidance of specialists in their field.
Our vocational programs offer:
- Individualized, one to one services with an Employment Specialist
- A Job profile outlining your job requirements and strengths
- Job matching skills
- Interview and resume writing skills
- Assistance with interviewing, scheduling, and networking with as little assistance as needed
- Job coaching to the degree and extent needed
- Support and training to the employer to ensure your success
We match people to the vocational situation which is right for them. Many factors are taken into account based on a comprehensive assessment of prerequisite skills, abilities and interests.
Entrepreneurial Ventures
TILL offers a unique opportunity for people to be involved in the training components of our entrepreneurial ventures which include food services and retail gift shops. Professionally trained chefs and artisans offer expert training in both areas to individuals who are interested in learning such skills.
