The Wellness Center offer a variety of classes including exercise, yoga, CPR, weight loss, babysitter training, and other life style classes. In addition there are many support groups, Young Widow & Widowers, Pregnancy Loss Support Group, Quit Smoking information Workshops.
The Childbirth Education Department offers a complete program of courses for expectant parents.
