Westport Associates, Incorporated is a small non-profit human service agency which was founded in 1980 with its initial mission to provide support to ten individuals moving from an institutional setting to the community over thirty-four years ago.  The core of the agency's mission is to share a personal and professional commitment to support each individual to make choices that reflect his or her lifestyle.  The agency's ongoing focus on ensuring individuals are treated equally by promoting personal responsibility and self-determination across all settings was evident in personalized home options, day supports, and active involvement in one's community.
